Guidelines for shipping

Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time

All estimated/typical delivery times are based on real data from previous orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Processing time

Order processing begins on the date you place your order and typically takes 1-5 business days. Once processing is complete, we’ll ship your order promptly.

Please note this:

  • The delivery time is affected by public holidays, as manufacturers and courier companies have limited operations. This is beyond our control. Ordinary operations resume immediately after each public holiday.
  • Incorrect address information and other problems can lead to delayed delivery.

Tracking your order

When your items are shipped, you should receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number.

If you haven't received anything like this, or if the tracking number doesn't work, no problem. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Carriers

For our US customers, we use UPS and USPS.

Change your address

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been sent. If you wish to change the place of delivery, you can contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@julboo.com or call us on +31 6 10588864. Please note that we process and ship orders within one working day of placing the order.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive the order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. For more details, please review our Return and Refund Policy if the order has already been shipped.

Unexpected delays

Delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO long (and outside the recommended delivery time) and we will help you resolve any issues we have control over!

Packages damaged in transit

If you discover that a package is damaged during transport, you must reject the package from the delivery and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service to find out what to do next.
