Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order with Julboo, you agree to the terms below. We've created these policies to make sure you're clear about our discount rules and return procedures. These terms apply to domestic orders within the United States.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items that show clear signs of use, are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error, cannot be returned. Items returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

What is the return process?

Want to return an item? Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order at support@julboo.com.

Our support team will then send you a return form, which you must print, fill out, and include with your return shipment.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exception: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs and email you a prepaid return label you can easily download and print.

Repack your item(s) in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for proper packaging of the returned items. Send your return shipment to the address below.

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

What condition must the products be in for a return?

All products must be returned in the condition they were received (in original packaging and unused).

Are there any restocking fees?

We do not charge restocking fees.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exception: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs and email you a prepaid return label you can easily download and print.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

We cannot refund shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
