How fast can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order we receive them and respond within 24 hours.

Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed?

Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Our fulfillment team processes orders within 1–5 business days. If you wish to change the place of delivery, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@julboo.com or call us at +31 6 10588864 with your name and order number. We will make every effort to update your address before the order is shipped.

Please note, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed or dispatched.

How long is the processing time?

We aim to process and prepare your order within 1–5 business days. While many orders are processed within 24 hours, times may extend during high volume periods.

General shipping information:

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once processed, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 AM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping time is also 1–5 business days. Expect delivery within 2–10 days from order placement. Details will be in your confirmation email.

Which shipping company do you use?

For customers in the United States, we use UPS and USPS.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that could arrive 1–2 business days apart.

Out of stock/backorder items:

If any items are out of stock, we will notify you via email. If they are not expected back in stock within two weeks, we will refund you automatically.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We apologize your shipment did not arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us with your name and order number for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Go to the Track My Order link in the main menu or footer and enter your tracking number. Need help? Our team is ready to assist.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking numbers sometimes only work on domestic orders. If yours doesn't work, let us know so we can check the shipment status.

Can I return my product?

If you want to return an item, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving it at support@julboo.com.

Our team will send you a return form to print, fill in, and include in your return package.

  • Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.
  • Exception: If you received a wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover return shipping and email you a free return label to download and print.

Please repackage your item(s) using the original packaging. The customer is responsible for proper packaging. Returns sent without contacting us will not be accepted.

How long is the return period for products?

We accept returns within 14 days.

In what condition must the products be in order to be returned?

All products must be returned in their original condition (unused and in original packaging).

How much is the restock fee?

We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's been accepted. If the return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
